Do you charge extra per social account?

No. Each plan includes a flat number of social accounts (20 / 40 / 60). Buffer charges per channel — we don't. Need more? Bump up a plan, no overage fees.

Does undercue include AI features?

Yes — optional, and never bundled into your subscription. Drop your own API key in (Groq has a free tier; OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini also work) and the composer will rewrite, shorten, expand, or suggest hashtags inline. You pay the LLM provider directly, so our $0 / $39 / $99 pricing never includes hidden AI markup.

Which AI providers can I plug in?

Groq, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini. Add a key once under Settings → AI providers and the composer's ✨ button picks it up. Keys are encrypted at rest with the same AES-256-GCM we use for social tokens, scoped per user (not per workspace), and never returned to your browser.

Yes — Pro covers 3 team members, Agency is unlimited. No per-seat upcharges, ever. Each member gets four flat permissions: Create posts, Edit posts, Publish, Connect accounts.

Which platforms can I schedule to right now?

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Write once in the unified composer, schedule across as many as you want. Connecting a Facebook Page automatically discovers any linked Instagram Business account in the same OAuth flow.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

We auto-retry up to three times. After the third failure (usually a revoked token or rate-limit), we mark it as failed and email the post's author with the exact error from the network. You re-connect the account or edit the post and re-queue.

Do you store my access tokens securely?

Accepted Answer

Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Even with database access, an attacker can't read them without the encryption key. The key never touches the database.

What's a workspace (client)?

An isolated bucket for one brand or one client. Social accounts, scheduled posts, and team-member permissions all live inside a workspace. Free covers 1 workspace, Pro 3 workspaces (clients), Agency unlimited.

We grandfather every existing subscriber at the price they signed up at, for as long as their plan stays active. Cancel-then-resubscribe restarts at current pricing.
